Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow for 48 hour processing for all orders. During promotions or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping & Delivery (Domestic – U.S.)
We offer flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders. Estimated delivery times begin after order processing and may vary based on destination and carrier. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the tracking number to update in the carrier's system after receiving it.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Carrier selection may vary based on location.
Incorrect Addresses
Mythologie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please verify your shipping information before completing your purchase. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
