Refund policy

We know not everything can be perfect, so if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery via our Contact page with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, we'll replace it at no charge. Contact us within 30 days of delivery via our Contact page with your order number. You will be requested to provide a photo and/or video of the issue. Once approved, a replacement order will be issued at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear after approval. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video of the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to make it right.

Final Sale

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders can be canceled any time before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, standard return terms apply.
